Jeff has worked in farm management and farmland sales for over 15 years and most recently established Nishna Valley Land Services as his own brokerage firm.  As he has seen the farm management business grow and evolve over the years, he has quickly seen the need for developing the next generation of young entrepreneurs. Nishna Valley Land Services brings a new approach to a long-time business model that has been handled in an office setting versus directly in the field.  This direct approach is built on simplicity as a staple in how the business is operated for our clients.  Jeff resides outside of Harlan, IA with his wife and three children where they run a small cow/calf operation utilizing wagyu bulls for the specialty meat market.
